At The French Academy, we draw a clear line. AI is our students' practice gym — pronunciation, conversation, repetition — but never their teacher. Forming a child's mind, character, and voice stays human, guided by a certified mentor who has done this for 25 years.
That's our innovation: not the newest machine, but the oldest and rarest thing — real human formation, amplified by modern tools.

AI Practice
A practice gym — never the teacher
We use AI to multiply practice between human sessions. Your instructor stays the teacher; these are the tools we recommend for practice at home.
Children (≈8–12)
Songs, stories, and immersion games. Ad-free, no open chat, adult-supervised — no conversational AI.
Teens (13–17)
Conversational AI only for older teens, and always supervised.
Adults (A1–C2)
A practice gym between sessions — targeted drills, pronunciation feedback, spaced repetition.
Age-appropriate tools, chosen and supervised by your instructor.
No open chat for children; privacy respected (COPPA spirit).
AI can be too lenient with French — so the instructor always remains the corrector.
