We go at your pace, talk about what you actually care about, and stop whenever you want to ask that question you have been too shy to ask in a group. Whether you are chasing a dream of Provence or trying to keep up with your French daughter-in-law, this is your hour.

French Nights— Apéro & Conversation

$35 per evening

One evening a month, a small group, a glass of something good, and two hours where the only rule is that we speak French. No grammar. No homework. No one keeping score. Come for the language, stay because you have found the people in Sarasota who laugh at the same things you do.

One-Afternoon Workshops— Good Times Together

$45 per person · groups of 4 to 8

A single afternoon, a single delicious subject. Order like a Parisian. Read a French menu without panic. Survive ten days in France on charm and forty phrases. Talk your way through a cheese counter. Watch a French film and finally catch the jokes. Each workshop stands on its own, so you can come once, come often, or bring a friend who swears they are hopeless at languages.

Weekly Conversation Circles

$190 for an eight-week session · small groups

Same day, same time, same friendly faces, every week. Small circles built around how much French you already have, so nobody is lost and nobody is bored. We talk about travel, food, family, films, the news, whatever is on the table that week. Eight weeks later you will notice you stopped translating in your head. That is the whole trick.

The Art of Savoir-Vivre

$95 single masterclass · $340 for the four-part series

The French do not have better manners. They have different ones, and they are enormous fun to learn. Which fork, yes, but also how to hold a table, how to arrive at a French home, how to give a compliment that lands, how to disagree beautifully. Taught by someone who has spent years on the history of this and can tell you where every rule came from and which ones the French quietly ignore.

Led by Héloïse Landry, a Québécoise teacher who spent twenty-five years in a Montréal classroom teaching French, theatre and ethics before bringing all of it to Sarasota. She also runs the French conversation group at the Alliance Française de Sarasota.
